Other than that the unit works as it should. I repaired it by melting plastic making a slight increase of thickness of the plastic where the headphone arms and head straps connect to the unit then I sandwiched the plastic between 2 small washers, added a small screw and nut to fix the issue. I looked it over and found that there is a single point on both sides where the headphone arm and strap that holds the unit on your head connect to the main component and the plastic at this extremely important structural point is thin, brittle and poorly made in my opinion. It was at this point my excitement turned to disappointment and frustration as the headset broke the very first time I tried to use it. I admired the futuristic look of the headset, read the directions, loaded the app and then attempted to put the headset on. I opened the box brimming with excitement for my first VR game ever! My opinion is this VR headset is cheaply made, brittle and a true waste of money.
